Ingredients Karutha kadala/black chick peas- 1 ½ cups Onion- 3-4 big Garlic paste- ½ teaspoon Curry leaves-2 sprigs Grated coconut-2 cups Fennel seeds- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon- a small piece Cloves- 2-3 Chilly powder- 1tbspn Coriander powder- ¾ tbspn Turmeric powder- 1/4tspn Method Karutha kadala should be soaked overnight or for atleast 4 hours. Wash and drain it In a pressure cooker ,add salt and required quantity of water with kadala and cook it .
