Ingredients
Beetroot -2 big
Onion-2 medium size
Green chili-3-4
Salt to taste
Vinegar-1 tbsp
Method
1. Pressure cook washed beetroot for 3-4 whistles.
2. Cut the cooked beetroot into thin, straight pieces.
3. Cut onion also into thin, straight pieces.
4. Slice green chili into small pieces.
5. In a bowl, mix everything with the required amount of salt and vinegar.
6. Serve it.
