Chicken Fry Kerala Thattukada Style

 Ingredients

Chicken- 1 kg

Curd-3tbsp

Meat Masala-1 tbsp

Turmeric powder-1/4tsp


    

Thattukada style chicken fry kerala style

 


  

Chili powder-1 ¾ tbsp.

Coriander powder-1/2 tbsp

Ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp

Salt- to taste

To fry

Coconut oil


Method


Cut, clean, and wash chicken pieces.

 Mix all the specified masalas and curd with salt to taste.

Marinate the chicken pieces with the masala.

Keep it aside for 1 hour at least.

Heat coconut oil in a pan.

Adding the marinated chicken pieces, fry them nicely.

Serve it with thinly and straightly sliced onion and lime juice.
