Ingredients
noodles
cabbage- sliced into
straight pieces-medium size-1/2
onions-sliced into straight
pieces-2
spring onions
garlic-2tbsp
carrot-3
capsicum-2
(cut all vegetables
into straight pieces)
soy sauce-as required
green chilly sauce-as required
eggs -3
chicken pieces - cut
into small pieces
pepper powder -as required
salt to taste
method
first marinate chicken
pieces with pepper powder and salt
and keep it aside for
20 minutes
take a pan , add
sunflower oil and fry chicken pieces.
Then before 1-2
hours, first cook noodles with salt and water.
then drain it and keep
it aside.
take a pan, and add
sunflower oil , add eggs and make scrambled eggs using salt and pepper
powder. take egg from it then keep it aside
then add onion and
cabbage and carrot then add salt needed .cook for 1 minute.
then add pepper powder
and add little soya sauce and chilli sauce. mix everything nicely.
then add spring onions
and mix well. then add cooked noodles. cook everything in low flame for 2-3
miutes then add fried chicken pieces to it and cook for a few minutes and
serve.
