Egg Bhurji

                                    Egg bhurji can be prepared very easily.It is an indian style preparation of eggs with onions , tomatoes,and some masalas like chilly powder,garam masala etc.

This is very much tasty and easy recipe , even cooking beginners can follow.








     
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 3



 Ingredients



Onions- 2 big finely chopped

Egg-3

Tomatoes- 2 Big ,finely chopped

Ginger-garlic paste- ½ tspoon

Green chilly-3-4 ,finely chopped

Chilly Powder- ¾ tspoon

Garam masala- ½ tspoon

Turmeric Powder- ¼ tspoon

Salt to taste

Butter-1/2 tspoon 

Oil –as needed

Method
  

Heat butter in a pan,when it gets melted add oil.

Add Onions and green chillies , saute it nicely till onion becomes golden brown in color.add ginger- garlic paste saute everything nicely.

Then add Tomatoes saute it again,till the tomatoes becomes soft and pulpy.

Add all the masalas and salt.

Add the beaten eggs and saute again for 2-3 mins until the eggs are cooked and scrambled.

Garnish with coriander leaves, and serve it hot with rice/chappathis /Bread.
